Biography
Dr. (Can) Adam Setiawan obtained his Bachelor of Laws from the Faculty of Law, Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia in Yogyakarta, and his Master of Laws from the Islamic University of Indonesia. He is also a Certified Mediator and is currently pursuing his Doctoral degree in Law at the Islamic University of Indonesia. He has more than 10 years of experience in legal practice.
His legal career focuses on civil law, business disputes, and administrative law. From 2017 to 2019, he worked with Setyohardjo Law Office handling various cases ranging from commercial disputes to criminal matters. He successfully handled a land dispute involving one hectare of land intended for villa development and has extensive experience in legal consultation and dispute resolution.
Known for his attention to detail in document drafting and deep legal analytical approach, he is committed to providing comprehensive legal assistance to clients. In addition to being an advocate, he is also a certified mediator and previously assisted the Yogyakarta Religious Court (2019–2020). He believes that transparency and openness are key to achieving effective legal solutions.
