Biography
Graduated from the Faculty of Law, Universitas Islam Indonesia, Yogyakarta, and obtained a Master of Business Law degree from Universitas Gadjah Mada, Yogyakarta. Holds a Capital Market Legal Consultant License, is licensed by the Association of Financial Sector Legal Consultants (HKHSK), and is OJK certified.
With over 10 years of legal experience, he has advised and represented clients across Indonesia and internationally, including China, Vietnam, India, Japan, and the United States. Expertise includes Business & Corporate Law, corporate legalities, licensing, contract drafting and review, Legal Opinions, Legal Due Diligence, and corporate actions for publicly listed companies with transaction values exceeding IDR 100 billion. Experienced in election disputes before the Constitutional Court, cross-border investment agreements, trademark matters, and dispute resolution.
