Biography
Arditiandito earned his Bachelor of Law (S.H.) from Universitas Islam Indonesia and Master of Management in Law (M.M.) from STIE Indonesia. He also holds a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) certification from Universitas Atma Jaya and has over 13 years of experience as an advocate.
Throughout his legal career, he has focused on Employment Law and Industrial Relations. He has extensive experience in resolving labor disputes, managing employment contracts involving more than 1,000 employees at a leading e-commerce company, and drafting company regulations for government institutions.
As a member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (AAI) and the Association of Employment Law Experts, he is committed to promoting legal certainty and stability in employment relations. He actively provides corporate clients with guidance on labor compliance and human resource management strategies aligned with Indonesian laws and regulations.
